A few years ago, my friend and contributor to Passable, Andy Murdoch, suggested I take a listen to Radio-Canada's "Bien Dans Son Assiette", a nationally syndicated radio program that talks about all things culinary. Since then, I have been a faithful listener.

About a month ago, I received a phone call from one of the producers at BDSA, who asked me if I would be interested in participating in an upcoming episode.  It seems that a listener had suggested that the show travel to Halifax to showcase what Nova Scotia has to offer.

The producer sent along a few reporters to travel throughout the province, checking out all sorts of producers, researchers, chefs and food lovers to talk about what they know and love in Nova Scotia.  I was also asked to sit in on one of the episodes to provide commentary and a little insight into what makes this place tick.

For those of you who understand french, I invite you to take a listen. It was a great experience, as it was nice to be back on the radio. And check out their Facebook page as well, for details on upcoming episodes.
